Feed back with Paul Hill- 1st

Today I had a meeting with Paul hill who gave me some advise and feed back to my idea. He seemed quite interested in my idea to document the Buddhist temple. we had a small conversation about how i would document the temple without having any problems with the subjects that I am photography.

He also gave me 2 photographers to look at one being Sebastiao Salgado who is also a anthropologist his photography is in black and white and show different cultures (look at figure 1 and 2)

Another photographer was Tim Smith who has composed a  book called Asians In Britain which is a collection of documentary photographs based on Asians in Britain which similar to what I am planning to do as he is documenting cultures within our culture which is what i am hoping to achieve with my documentary work (look at figure 3 and 4)

I was also told to photograph the unusual and be more adventures and confident in what I am doing.
